As Head of Languages at Mowden Hall, I have the privilege of leading language education from our youngest pupils in Nursery right through to Year 8. I also take on the role of Head of Years 7 and 8, supporting our senior pupils as they prepare for the next stage of their educational journey. A key aspect of my role involves overseeing the scholarship preparation process—identifying promising students and guiding them through their scholarship preparation and applications. Languages have always fascinated me—they're the key to connecting with others and understanding the wider world. Living onsite with my wife Sophie, son Hugo, and our labrador Ginny means we're truly embedded in the heart of school life.
